Commitment to Cost-Effective Services
Kenny, Brimmer & Mahoney, LLC understands the need for our insurance, business and individual clients to contain fees, expenses and costs. We are fully committed to bringing the highest effective legal services at the most efficient cost possible. We show this not just through words, but by actions. Our 2006 relocation is one example of our initiative. We have been fortunate enough to draw on one of our attorney's experiences in an insurance company in-house setting where he participated in and helped develop cost effective ways to handle litigation. Those processes and procedures, many of which were developed by insurance companies, are in place at Kenny, Brimmer & Mahoney, LLC. We know how to manage costs and can effectively work within budgets we develop with our clients. We understand the constraints that insurers, business clients and individuals alike are under with regard to expenses. We control our expenses so that our clients can control theirs.
Location
Originally established in 1952, the firm was located in Hartford, Connecticut for 54 years. In 2006, we relocated to Wethersfield, Connecticut. The move allowed us to continue providing high quality and technologically advanced legal services to our clients without the added overhead expenses of a city-based firm such as soaring tax rates, expensive office space and parking charges, without having to pass those higher expenses onto our clients. This allows us to service our clients more efficiently at lower fees and provides our clients ample free and safe parking. We are conveniently located off the Silas Deane Highway, in Wethersfield, Connecticut, minutes from I-91.
